SchoolKidz USA/Staples Back-to-School Supply Kit Program*** Order Forms are due Friday, May 9! *** Grades for the Fall of 2008:
Questions? Why worry about shopping for school supplies? Let us take care of it for you and save you money! The HPTA is offering a fundraising program that allows you to order school supplies specifically tailored for your Hopkinton student (Grade 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8) at a reduced cost. We will be using the convenient services of SchoolKidz USA/Staples and their back-to-school supply kit program. We are very excited about the features this program offers. Here's how the program works. Based on your student's grade specific Supply List, SchoolKidz designed a kit to meet his/her needs, including name brands and latex-free products. They also designed a "bulk list" which includes items on the Supply List, but which some students may not need, (ie., older sibling may already have calculator/flash drive or student may want to choose his/her own style of zip binder). Booksocks are also available for purchase, but they are not part of our fundraiser. Please disregard the backpack section of the order form. Best of all, the entire package comes in a personalized kit, with your child's name labeled on the reusable storage box. Please follow these simple steps when placing your order: 1. Complete the Basic Kit Flyer and the green Bulk Order Form Insert (green form for grades 5-8 only). Kindly remit your order on time and legibly, because each supply kit is personalized with your child's name. Late orders CANNOT be accepted! Please include an email address as you will be receiving an order confirmation from us by mid-May, as well as kit pick-up information. Supply Kits will be available for pick up at Hopkins School in early August. For more information, please visit our DISPLAY BOOTH at Ciao Time Catering, 28 Main Street on Wednesday, May 7th from 10-11:30 am and 4:30-6 pm.
