Yoga provides a counter balance to these pressures and teaches techniques for self‐health, relaxation and inner fulfillment. bFit Yoga encourages selfesteem and body awareness with physical activity that�s non‐competitive. Benefits include: increased core strength, enhanced flexibility, improved concentration and calmness. Yoga is great for both boys and girls. Mats will be provided. Grades 2-3. Dates: Early Release Days, Wed., Feb 1 and/or Wed., March 14 @ 12:15-1:15pm. Cost: $10/day.
