The HPTA would like to thank all of its Corporate Sponsors for the 2009-10 School Year without your continued support and financial aid we would not have been able to raise nearly $150,000 for our schools this year. From Colella’s to donating Gatorade and chips for our Wizards event to Paul M. Phipps Insurance Agency sponsoring our 27th Annual Silent Auction amongst so many other things, we thank you so very much.
Corporate advertising was a new program this year and turned out to be highly successful. We brought in $5,951 through ads placed on the HPTA website, in HPTA Correspondence emails, and on HPTA e-flyers.
Thank you to HPTA President, Cindy Bernardo, for managing the Corporate Program this year. We are still looking for a Corporate Programs Chair for the 2010-11 school year. Interested persons should email Cindy at president@hptaonline.com for more information.

Attention Local Business Owners - HPTA Advertising Program!
Continuing with last year’s successful corporate advertising program, which raised over $5,500, we are actively seeking local businesses to help support the educational enrichment for the youth of our town and are offering recognition of your business.
Your business can have their color logo and link on the HPTA website or in our membership correspondence email blasts. A jpg or gif file (maximum size 143 x 143 pixels) must be sent to Anna Ivanov at webmaster@hptaonline.com. If you do not have a logo in the correct file format, we can create a simple text graphic for you. Note, only 10 spaces are available per month for the HPTA website and the HPTA emails. To see an example of ad placement in an email, please let me know.
- HPTA Correspondence Email Blasts – A logo and link can be placed in our general correspondence emails that are distributed to our 600+ membership. These emails are distributed 4 times a month.
- HPTA Website – A logo and link can be placed on the front page of our website, www.hptaonline.com. Each month our website attracts an average of 1200 visitors per month. It contains pertinent information for any parent in the district to use on a daily basis with calendar features, HPTA and school contact information.
Pricing for the following forms of sponsorship is the following:
- 3 months:
- $150 HPTA emails or HPTA website.
- $270 and save 10% for both emails and the website!
- 6 months:
- $300 HPTA emails or HPTA website.
- $540 and save 10% for both emails and the website!
- 1 year:
- $450 HPTA emails or HPTA website.
- $810 and save 10% for for both emails and the website!>/dd>
We accept payments online by VISA, MasterCard or eCheck. We also accept checks payable to the “HPTA,” which can be mailed to
PO Box 608, Hopkinton, MA 01748.

Note, since the HPTA is directly related to the Hopkinton schools, we must follow the School Committee’s Advertising Policy which states that the Superintendent has the right to approve all advertising content, display and distribution. And the advertiser must be in compliance with the district’s mission, policies, and non-discrimination practices as well as state and federal laws.
