JOIN or RENEW through this special membership offer to receive: $10 off the regular $45 membership fee ($35 basic membership) 3 free months of membership (15 months vs. 12) Plus, receive a free household member card!

Bonus! BJ's will donate $5 of your membership fee to Hopkinton PTA!

Renewing Members: It does not matter when you last renewed, 15 months will be added to your current expiration date. You do not lose any membership time!
New Members: You will receive an activation notice in the mail.

Processing takes approximately 3-4 weeks from deadline date.

Deadline for this offer is June 16th

  • If you would like to start shopping immediately a temporary membership pass is available in the school office!
  • This offer is only valid through Hopkinton PTA and not at any BJ's club location or online!
