You need A Note From Home pad!

A Note From Home is the official form recognized by the Hopkinton Public Schools for transportation/dismissal changes.

This pad contains 50 pre-printed forms with many dismissal options, just fill in the blanks and you're done!

The HPTA is selling these convenient pads for just $2 per pad. A portion of this cost goes right back into the Hopkinton schools.
