Use our new online registration system to enroll your children in our popular,
affordable and convenient extracurricular classes. Registration is available on a first-come first-served basis at all schools. At the time
of online registration you will be able to see how many spots are left in each class.

($15 off each class)
New members are welcome! You can sign up for membership online at the
same time you sign up for extracurricular classes, so you won’t miss out on
the discount. Please note that three classes were completely filled during the
Early Bird period for the winter session.

Important Extracurricular Policies:
- All registrations requested after March 21 must be sent to extracurricular@hptaonline.com, are subject to
a $50 late fee, will be reviewed by March 24, and are not guaranteed placement.
- If the HPTA
cancels a class due to low enrollment you will receive a full refund or you will have the option of switching
to another open class.
- No other refunds given except for medical issues. Medical refunds will be determined on a case by case
basis.
- Refunds will be given by check by April 15, 2010.
- Prompt pick-up is required for participation in HPTA extracurricular classes. On the first occasion of pickup
occurring 15 or more minutes late, a warning will be given. An additional late pick-up will result in the
child being withdrawn from the class, without refund, and the child will not be permitted to register for the
following session of extracurricular classes.
